Despite differences, India is keen to enhance interactions and deepen relationship with China, Minister of state for external affairs VK Singh told Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi in Beijing on Sunday. "India looks forward to strengthening and deepening its stretgishoip partnership and mutual dialogue," Singh said during a bilateral meeting with Wang ahead of the BRICS foreign ministers summit on Monday. He informed that External affairs minister Sushma Swaraj could not come for the BRICS meet due to health reasons.
